Session recordings
Live sessions are recorded. A recording can contain your voice, your shared screen and your camera if you switch one on, which makes it personal data about you.
It is stored in Zoom’s cloud, emailed only to the people who attended that session, and deleted after 12 months. It is never published, sold, or used in advertising.
You can keep your camera off, ask for the recording to be paused, or leave before it starts. You can also ask for your contribution to be cut, or for the whole recording to be deleted, by emailing hi@aininja.academy.
The short version
We collect what we need to reply to you and run your session. We do not sell your details, we do not share your list with anyone, and one click stops the emails.
What we collect, and why
When you ask about a class: your name, email, the task you want to work on, and optionally your country and how many hours a week the task costs you. The task is what tells us whether a session actually fits you. The country is for timezone and regional pricing.
When you pay: your name and email, plus the payment record. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
When you pay by crypto: the transaction reference and the screenshot you send, so a human can confirm the transfer.
You are only added to the list if you tick the box asking to be. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. We do not buy lists and we do not email people who never asked.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this: the payment provider, the email provider, the database that stores inquiries, and Google Analytics for the visit counting described below. Each sees only what it needs. Nobody is sent your details for marketing, ever.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead to a booking. It sets a cookie and records the pages you viewed, roughly where you are — country and city, worked out from an IP address Google truncates and does not give us — your device and browser, and which link brought you here.
It does not record your name or email, and it is not connected to your booking. If you pay, that record lives with the payment provider, not here.
Google’s cross-site signals and ad personalization are switched off in our configuration. That is a setting we made and can be checked in the page source, not a promise about what Google does elsewhere. It is what keeps the line below about advertising true.
Block it if you prefer. An ad blocker or a browser set to reject third-party cookies stops it, and nothing on this site breaks when you do.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in the EU or UK you have those rights in law, and we apply them to everyone regardless of where they live. Email hi@aininja.academy and we will act on it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not track you across other websites for advertising. We do not put your material into an AI tool to train it. During a session you work in your own accounts, and nothing of yours is copied out.
Questions about anything on this page go to hi@aininja.academy.
