I am an engineer. I build these systems for businesses, and I teach the same method I use when I am the one being paid to build it. Every session is me, live. There is no team of contractors behind this and no recorded module waiting for you afterwards.

Questions
The things people ask before booking.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. These classes exist for people who run a business and do not write code. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can do this.
Is it recorded?
Your session is recorded and sent to you within a day, so you can go back to the part where you built the thing. What you never get is a pre-recorded course: the class is live, and it is built around the tasks the people in the room brought that day. Recorded courses are everywhere, cost about the same, and almost nobody finishes them.
What if it turns out not to be useful?
Full refund any time before the class starts. No form and no reason needed.
Who else is in the room?
Up to 24 other owners and professionals who do not write code either. Everyone works on their own screen and their own task, so nobody is watching you. If you would rather have my full attention, take a private session instead.
What if I have to miss it?
Tell me and you move to the next date at no cost. You also get the recording of the session you missed, so you lose nothing either way.
Is my company data safe?
We work on your computer, in your accounts, with your files. I keep no copies. In class we cover what you can and cannot put into these tools, which is usually the real question.
Can my company pay, and can I get an invoice?
Yes. Pay by company card and the receipt arrives automatically. Email me if you need a specific invoice format or a W-8BEN on file.
Which timezone?
Every class runs at 12:00pm Eastern — 11am Central, 10am Mountain, 9am Pacific. One hour that is inside the business day wherever you are in the country. Your seat is confirmed in your own timezone before anything is booked.
Will you just build it for me instead?
Yes. Book the advice session and you get a written plan and a quote instead of a lesson.
