Who you are dealing with
AI Ninja Academy is run by Uvin Vindula. Contact is hi@aininja.academy, and it is the fastest way to reach a person.
What you are buying
A place in a live online session, taught by Uvin. Group sessions are capped at 25 people. Private sessions are one to one. Nothing is pre-recorded: the class is built around the tasks the people in the room brought that day. You also receive the recording of the session you attended.
You bring one real task from your own work and build something with it during the session. What you build is yours. So are your notes, your files and anything you write.
Dates, times and joining
Session times are published in UTC and confirmed in your own timezone before anything is charged. You get the joining link by email. If you cannot attend, tell us before it starts and the refund policy applies.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Founding rates apply until the date published beside them, after which the standard rate applies. There is no crossed-out “original” price anywhere on this site, because no one has ever been charged one.
Taxes may be added depending on where you are. Payment is by card, Bitcoin or USDT.
What we do not promise
These sessions teach practical skills and produce work you keep. They do not promise employment, clients, income, or any particular business result. Nobody can honestly promise you those, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We also do not promise that any third-party tool will keep working, keep its free tier, or keep its price. Those companies change things without asking us.
Your own data and your clients’ data
You work on your own accounts, with your own files, during the session. We do not take copies and we do not need access to anything confidential.
Before you upload real client material to any AI tool, check your own contracts and that tool’s terms. Some contracts forbid it. That check is yours to make, and the session teaches you how to work with redacted material instead.
Recording of sessions
Every session is recorded, and the recording is emailed to the people who attended that session, usually within one business day.
What is captured is the shared screen, the spoken audio, and the camera of anyone who chooses to switch one on. You never have to switch your camera on. Zoom announces the recording at the start, and you can leave before it begins if you would rather not be in it.
If you speak or share your screen during a session, that is captured. If you would prefer something not to be recorded, say so and it is paused, or bring it to the office hour instead.
The recording goes to that session’s attendees only. It is never published, never sold, never used in advertising, and never given to anyone who was not in the room, unless every person recorded agrees in writing first. It is deleted after 12 months.
Recording laws differ by state and country, and several US states require everyone present to consent. That is why the announcement, the camera-off option and the pause option all exist. Attending after the announcement is your consent to be recorded on the terms above.
Behavior
Group sessions are up to 25 people working on real problems. Making your own recording, redistributing the session recording outside the people who attended, sharing another participant’s material, or behaving in a way that stops others working means the session ends for you, without refund. This has never happened and we do not expect it to.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Tell us before the session starts and we will move you to the next one at no charge. Tell us afterwards and the refund policy applies.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on the day you paid.
