Refunds

The short version

Full refund any time before your session starts. No form, no reason needed, no conversation about why. Email us and it is done.

Before the session starts

Email hi@aininja.academy at any point before your session begins and you get everything back. There is no cut-off in the days before, and no partial refund — it is the full amount.

Refunds are sent back the way you paid, usually within five business days of us receiving the request.

After the session has started

Once a live session has begun the fee is no longer refundable, because the seat cannot be resold and the time cannot be recovered. If something went genuinely wrong on our side, write and say so. We would rather fix it than keep money we did not earn.

If you are in the United States

There is no automatic right to cancel an online purchase in the US. The FTC’s three-day cooling-off rule (16 CFR Part 429) covers sales made at your home, your workplace, or a seller’s temporary location — not something you bought on a website. So this policy is not us restating the law. It is the whole of what you get, and it is more than the law asks of us.

If we cancel or move a session

If a session is canceled, or the date or time changes and the new one does not suit you, you choose: a place in the next session at the same price, or a full refund. We do not decide that for you.

Group sessions run with a minimum number of people. If too few book, the session is moved and you are told before the original date, with the same two choices.

Paying with Bitcoin or USDT

Crypto refunds are calculated on the US dollar price you paid, not the amount of coin. The refund is sent in the same asset, converted at the rate on the day it is sent, to the address it came from. Network fees come out of the refund, because we cannot control what a network charges.

If the sending address cannot receive funds, tell us and we will agree an alternative in writing before sending anything.

Consultations and project work

The scoping session is refundable in full up to the time it starts, on the same terms as a class. Project work is covered by whatever we agree in writing before the work begins.

If you are in the EU or the UK

We sell to the United States, but we will not refuse your money because of where you live. If you buy from the EU or the UK you keep the 14-day right to change your mind that the law gives you there. Our policy is usually more generous, because we refund in full at any point before the session starts, even past day 14.

Where a session runs inside those 14 days, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want it to go ahead on that date, and that once it has run the withdrawal right no longer applies. That is what the checkbox beside the terms is for.

What we will never do

We will not make a refund conditional on you staying quiet, removing a review, or signing anything. Tying a refund to your silence is both wrong and, in several countries, illegal.
